It’s Volunteers Who Make Artomobilia Possible
Behind every great automotive event is a committed group of people who give their time, energy, and passion to the car community.
Artomobilia exists because of people who are willing to show up early, stay late, and care deeply about doing things the right way. Across every event on our 2026 calendar, volunteers play a critical role in creating the experience our guests, collectors, sponsors, and city partners have come to expect. Their impact is real, visible, and essential.
Volunteers are often the first faces our guests see and the last ones packing up at the end of the day. They help guide cars into place, keep pedestrians safe, answer questions, support judges and photographers, and ensure that downtown Carmel remains welcoming and accessible throughout the weekend. Just as important, they help create the tone. Friendly. Approachable. Calm. That tone matters, especially in an environment where rare cars, large crowds, and tight logistics all intersect.
Many of our volunteers are enthusiasts themselves. Some are collectors. Some are students. Others simply love being part of something that celebrates craftsmanship, community, and shared passion. What they have in common is a willingness to contribute and a genuine pride in helping Artomobilia succeed. That sense of ownership carries through every detail of our events.
In 2026, we are also expanding how we give back to our volunteer community. We are planning quarterly volunteer-focused experiences designed to provide a deeper look into Hamilton County’s collector car culture. These gatherings will offer behind-the-scenes access, unique automotive stories, and opportunities to connect with collectors, builders, and partners in a more personal setting. It is our way of saying thank you and ensuring that volunteering is not just meaningful, but memorable.
